May 29, 2005 - Just in from the AISC/ASCE National Student Steel Bridge Competition. Lafayette took 21st place overall out of 44 teams. Some issues during timed construction set us about 5 minutes off of our target time, but in the end we still ended up doing well (a whole lot better than at regionals). Pictures will be up soon, check back later this week. Have a safe, happy and healthy Memorial Day weekend.
April 25, 2005 - Lafayette ASCE competed in the steel bridge competition this past weekend at Johns Hopkins University. We came in 2nd Place and have advanced to the national competition which will be held on May 27 & 28 in Orlando, FL! Pictures are here. March 17, 2005 - Last day of spring break! I have been in California visiting family for the week, and I'm so sad it's almost over! It's back to Lafayette tomorrow for the final stretch of senior year! I start work in the "real world" at Langan Engineering on August 1... Where has the time gone?!

November 23, 2004 - UPDATED RESUME POSTED. Senior year is rolling right along... Sad, but true. Looks like I'll be looking for a job for next year, then hopefully pursuing either an MBA or MSCE at the same time. Went to Orlando last month for 4 days for a research conference. That was pretty cool, it's the first time I've been there since Tom and I went to present for TI back in HS. So much different now! Even though I only have 3 classes and a thesis this semester, it has been a very busy one! My server is about to be changed for my site, so hopefully this one will be a bit faster - I apologize if you send me an email and get a reply saying you need to confirm it. That'll only happen once... Bye for now!
September 19, 2004 - Happy Birthday to everyone who celebrated this weekend - there sure were a lot of you! When I was returning to Lafayette after spending Friday night in New Jersey, I noticed that there had been a lot of rain that night... The 3rd Street exit off of Route 22 was closed due to a downed power line and flooding. 13th Street - closed, and 25th Street - closed. Headed down to Route 33 and spent about an hour going from 22 to 191. Came all the way back down Sullivan Trail to campus, the only way it was accessible. The rest of the weekend is described best by these photos...
Father's Day, June 20, 2004 - Work is getting the best of me during the week, although it looks like it's going to be another great experience, so I'm happy for that. :-) I've updated the pictures again, my spring break ones from Europe are finally up. While I was in the European mood, I also did a little work on the PowerPoint I made after last year's trip to Europe. I'm 75% done, so I have about 950 pictures left that were taken in the last 2 weeks that I just traveled all over. Hopefully by the end of this summer, it'll be done...
